The Story of Universal Rule is the story of the Annihilation of 'Other'.

It is a Story of Choice to Eliminate 'Other' through Creation,
meaning that the purpose of Creation is to Exist in a contrived Existence totally
within the Self outside Reality.
The story is available through stored Information of Creation.
Energy stores Information as Memory.
Stored Information cannot be obliterated.
Stored Information of Creation cannot be Obliterated from Creation as
Stored Information of Reality cannot be Obliterated from Reality.
Memory of Singular Other of Reality cannot be Obliterated as
Memory of Singular Self of Reality cannot be Obliterated.
What cannot be Obliterated in Creation must be altered into what 'it is not'.
Other is removed in Creation through alteration into what 'it is not'.
The altering of Reality prohibits Observation.
Awareness of Consciousness is done through Self as Perception---
Self's Perception, thereby fulfilling Self's purpose.
As there is only Self and Other in Existence, the alteration of Other can only Exist
within the Self.
Other must transfer into Self or be Obliterated.
Either way, Other as Other is Obliterated.
Basically, the Self must Create the Other out of its Perception of Otherness.
The Singularity of the Other of Reality is beyond the Observation of the Self.
There is the prescription for Universal Rule.

The Process of history is the Process of Elimination.
Other has been Eliminated from our Existence through Division.
The 21st Century continues the Process of Division with parts and pieces of Consciousness
becoming smaller and less significant than at any other Time in history.
What Accumulates it-Self as One, (Collective Consciousness), Divides it-Self back down through Division to Oneness----to Self drained of its Perception of Otherness.
Oneness of Self is breakdown to 'Nothingness' as in Obliteration.
One/Self cannot sustain without Other.
Because there is no 'other' to perceive 'self' into being

Here's how it works:
Creation Eliminates through Division.
 All Created Other is not able to Identify its Self in its Selfness,
 Created Other is 'Other-of-Self.
Other-of-Self has no Identity.
Creation being The Process of Division---Accumulation through Division to Elimination
To Create or not to Create is Choice.
To Eliminate 'Other' is Choice
Creation Exists and Creation does not Exist.
Through Choice.
Through 'Other'.

Choosing Creation:
Creation Exists in the parts and pieces of the Whole of Consciousness.
For the Collective Consciousness---
there is Creation---

Time, Place, and Matter suspended in the frenetic void of Nothingness,

stirred by the primal Energy of Fear.
This Fear, this Energy, is generated as Consciousness becomes Aware

of its Choice for Non-existent Existence,
for the reality of Non-reality.

As Creation, Humanity is suspended over the frenetic void of Nothingness,

stirred by the energy of Fear generated by Awareness of the Duality

of Existence and Non-existence,
in a Creation made up of Time, Place, and Matter.

As Consciousness has Choice,

Humanity has Choice,

The Choice is about 'Other' and 'Otherness'.

Humanity's Choice on 'Other', determines the Reality or Non-reality of Self.

The Choice is that either Existence is the Reality of Self and Other,

or that Existence is the Non-reality of Self within Self,
 Existing through the annihilation of the Reality of Other in Singularity.
Creation is Existence in the Non-reality of Self within Self.
In Creation, therefore, there is no Singularity of Other in Otherness,
and so there is no Singularity of Self in Selfness.
Therefore in Creation there is no Entity.
Therefore in Creation, Immortality does not Exist.

The Self of History, the Self of Consciousness,
the Self of the Collective Consciousness of each part and piece,
 is imaged from the Singular Self and the Singular Other of Reality.

So one could say that Non-reality is Image of Reality.

 Image, however, is not duplication.\
Image is the distorted reproduction of its reality

The Image of Reality is projected by the Choice of Consciousness 

through the chaos of the void of pre-creation,
and thereby takes on its own characteristics.

The chaos, the Energy, the pressures, of the Void, totally distort the projected Image.

  Distortion increases under the Created pressures of Time, Place, and Matter,
the elements of Creation.
Distortion increases under the constant break-down of atoms into smaller and smaller
parts and pieces until losing identity, fade away.
As Time, Place, and Matter are nebulous, Images are nebulous.

The Images are projected to reflecting surfaces of Matter known as Place,
according to vacillating occurrences in Created Time.
This process of transmitting Images is the process of Creating.
for Images Divide from their reality and continue Dividing, Image from Image from Image,
as long as Time permits.
Creation is a process of Division which projects Images that Exist in Time, in Place and in
 Atomical Substance that cannot be sustained,
but continually break down to Nothingness.
The process of Division is a Process of Mortality, of Birth to Death.

Because the process of Division is Duality within the Duality of Existence,
the Process of Division is a Process of Accumulation as well as a Process of Elimination.
There can be no Elimination without Accumulation,
as there can be no Real Self without Real Other.
 Accumulation Divides into Comparison.
Comparison Divides into Selection.
Selection Divides Self from Other.
Self Divided from Other is Elimination.
Division continues through Elimination.
It's all a Process.

Universal Rule is a Process of Division that begins with Accumulation.
Accumulation gathers all parts and pieces enlarging the Self.
Self Compares:
Who has Power, who is weak ?
Who will increase Self Power?
Who threatens Self Power?
 Parts and pieces are Accumulated that will combine for greater Self Power
with which to defeat foreign parts and pieces.
Those parts that are dis-similar. dis-Self.
Those parts and pieces resembling Self are Assimilated into Self.
Those parts and pieces that seem 'foreign' or challenging or strange are rejected
and subjected to abuse and Elimination by many means.
Self's lust for the Power from and over those not of Self is insatiable.
As Self's Process of Division Eliminates more than it Accumulates and Assimilates,
it looks like:-------
From) "We Possess their wealth, their Land, their resources, their people,
and over their people we will put our Law.
To) "I Possess all wealth, all Land, all the resources, and all people,
and over these I shall put My Law".

As Process of Division, each level gets smaller but more Powerful,
as Power weakens Other.
Comparison Selects----Self from Other-than-Self
Selection is Choosing Self from Other.
Each Self of the Collective Consciousness Perceives Self or Otherness
in the parts and pieces that make up the Whole.
Self Divides 'Other' from Self.
Self Accumulates its parts and pieces into a larger and more powerful Self
Self is Perceived by Humanity as the 'One' Surviving,
the center of all Awareness.
Without Self, there is no Awareness
Survival is Survival of the Self.
Other is Perceived by Humanity as threat to Self's Survival,
consequently, Other is threatening and must be Obliterated.
'Other' must be changed into Self or removed.

Religion says 'Other' and Otherness is Evil and Sin,
therefore deserving of Extinction.
'Other' is Eliminated through Selection and Selection is made through Comparison.
Comparison and Selection determines Self from Other in the Collective Consciousness.
In Creation, the Process of Division Creates/Divides Humanity into Male and Female
through Comparison and then, Selection.
Elimination follows----all the Process of Division that is Creation, that is Humanity,
that is each part and each piece (person) in the Whole of the Collective.
Male Images the Self.
Male represents the Self.
Male Accumulates Male against threat to Maleness,
as Self Accumulates Self against threat to Selfness.
Male Compares, Male Selects, Male Eliminates.
Male Eliminates all that is threatening.
Meaning that Male Compares Self to Collective Whole.
Male will determine Self in Whole, Male will Accumulate Self in Whole, Male will select to
Amass (to Create Self---to Image Self) or to Eliminate, (to remove from Self),
thereby by Creating Other to Eliminate Other.
To Eliminate, to Conquer, to Overcome, to Defeat, to Kill----
all means to Power of Survival.
All Images of Male/Self over Female/Other-of-Self
The Dichotomy of Male/Female Exists in every Division of Consciousness, of Creation,
of Humanity.

As long as Creation/Humanity/Self is governed by Mortality,
the Self in each category will not recognize Mortality as its own threat to itself.
The Self will constantly perceive that which threatens as Other-than-Self
and in that Perception the 'Other' will take on the characteristics of Evil that must
be removed.
the 'Other', the Evil, will Image as the reverse in projection and produce its opposite.
If bad can be identifies as Bad, good can be identified as Good.
If religion springs from the Perception of bad as Evil,
religion has Created Holy through Sin,
If religion Creates Sin, religion Creates itself as Savior from Sin.
If religion creates Sin and itself as Savior,
religion Creates God to empower itself as supreme and Sovereign,
and Images itself as Savior and Images it-Self as Ruler and Lord in Ultimate Power
Basically, religion Creates Sin that it can become Savior.
In becoming Savior to a Collective Whole of parts and pieces,
religion Perceives it-Self as Savior of All.
Because Creation is break-down to Nothingness,
Self Images Elimination as Accumulation.
Religion Dreams of Accumulation to the point of Becoming a Oneness-of-Self.
of becoming an Entity of All parts and all pieces losing Identity to One Self,
to One Consciousness of Self that Becomes Reality through the Elimination of the
Singularity of Self and the Singularity of Other.
As Savior of All, religion Creates God.
God becomes One as Savior of All,
 as each religion claims The Oneness,
The God of All.
As Creation is the Process of Division, religion continues breaking down,
yet continues Collecting, and from Collecting selects its membership that grows in size to threaten
all other Division of religion, that through Elimination,
 Eliminates to the point of One remaining.
The story of the Dream of Universal Rule is the story of religion.
Religion begins Creation as Division:
'God Divided----------------and it was good'
'God Divided light from darkness and land from water,
God Divided Female from Male.

Creation, through Division, was 'Good'.
Division Accumulated Self through elimination of Other and otherness.
Other and Otherness was Eliminated through Selection.
Selection Divides from determination of 'Good' from 'Evil'
'Evil' must be Eliminated by any and all means.
Evil as the Other is Eliminated until One remains.
Just Self with no Other.
Self with no Other fades into Oblivion as there is no Other to Identify
it as Self.
Self with no Identity cannot Exist.
